Ok to start out if you are reading this thank you for your support. So I find myself quite often grabbing hanfuls of clothes and heading to the dress room. Half way through trying to pry them off after forcing them on. I leave the stall. My reply when I leave empty handed. "I just didn't like the style". I am so tired of that. Infact I am tired of alot of things asscossiated with my weight. Hence drum roll please. . . . this blog I have created. I want bore you with the details. Short and simple I was skinny. Now I am fat. I want to go back to skinny. I spent the last few weeks researching everything. Planning eating menus and ordering products to help along the way. I am starting this new weight loss journey next monday, but in the mean time I want to inform you all on my plans, what I got, and what this blog will intell. I will being reviewing the products I use. Recording daily food intake with pictures, also any exercising. Weekly weigh ins. Also some random fun. I feel this will help me because I don't think I will be failing if I have people keeping track of what I am doing. Also if I am blogging I am not eating. Come on being a stay home mom means you are 10 paces away from an all you can eat buffet. Hence (besides pregnancies) is where I gained most of the weight.
So I hope to see you all tomorrow when I start my blogging.
