DAY 3 . . What a way to go

I started out today trying the new PB2 peanut butter. It only has 50calories and 2g of fat opposed to the reduced fat peanut butter having 150 calories and 15g of fat. It starts out as a powder.


Then you add water to turn it into its peanut butter state.

It really smells like peanut butter, but texture looks different. So I ended up eating on some toast for breakfast with orange juice. The taste well first bite was shocking. It tastes like peanuts not peanut butter, but subsequent bites got a little better. I don't know if I would buy a jar of it. The website has a ton of recipes you can use this with. I still have the chocolate one to try. It is better than splurging a ton of fat and calories. So I give it a half thumb up.

Popcorn for a snack. 120 calories 1.5g Fat

Dinner was a Portabello Mushroom Burger with artichoke and lemon pesto and goat cheese. I know looked gross, but tasted good. Although my 5 year old said oh no I am never going to eat dessert again if I have to eat this stuff.

For dessert I made my first ever souffle. Chocolate Banana. 100 calories 1g Fat
