DAY 18. . . Loving week three

I couldn't find my camera half way through the day so today my logged food is just words, but I found my camera and I will be back to photos tomorrow.

For breakfast was the new quaker oats delight hazelnut latte oatmeal with orange juice. I wasn't crazy for the taste so I added a banana. I love the other flavors they have.

For lunch was fruit salad with a frozen dinner. It was eat well's portabello steak with potatos and broccoli.

A snack was a special k bar. The mocha one I love.

Dinner was a tuna burger with goat cheese, rice, and a salad.

Still taking my alli and multivitamin daily. I also got some exercising in. I used the riiflex attachments for the wii. They are two pounds each and really kick your butt. I am hoping to get to 180 by easter. Just to give myself a challenge. Hopefully I can kick up the exercising.
