DAY 10. . . . The hardest yet

Today was the hardest day yet for me. I did go over my calories, but instead of splurging on junk I got extra calories from fruit. I also burnt 350 calories today opposed to none-250 like I usually do. For breakfast I had a lean cuisine breakfast sandwhich. It was delicious. It filled me for the whole morning. So this was my happier part of the day.

Before lunch I wanted to try the full bar. unfortunatly I don't know if works cause I could only eat half of it. I did not like the taste. 100 calories 1g fat

For lunch I had vegan chicken nuggets with broccoli. This is the only fake meat I like and think it actually tastes like chicken.
250 calories
9g fat

For a snack I had a protien bar and some fruit with fat free cream. 130 calories 6g fat





For dinner a lean cuisine. Chicken with sun dried tomato sauce on pasta with broccolli. Notice the small veggi portion they give. gah.
280 calories
6g fat

Dessert weight watchers bar again.
90 calories
1g fat




Last meal of day a fruit snack again. 30 calories 0g fat



Total 1260 calories 30g fat
