Day 4 . . . Please bring it on some more, but whatever you do don't make me a Kirstie Alley.

Starting day for I am feeling a little more confident. For breakfast I had a fat free waffle with strawberries and whip cream on top. Applesauce and a glass of orange juice.

For lunch a lean cuisine. Today I ate the sweet and sour chicken. I love this one. 300 calories 3g fat

A snack I had the smart food cranberry almond popcorn.
120 calories
2g fat



For dinner and dessert I had crepes three ways. The first two for dinner were a mushroom crepe and a asparagus crepe. Unfortunatly I didn't like them so. I didn't really eat them. I picked out the mushrooms and ate them.


For dessert a strawberry crepe with fat free whip cream and a tiny smidge of nutella. 200 calories 10g fat

NEWS FLASH
so Kirstie Alley is making a show called Big Life. Were you will see her lose the weight yet again. I think she is the prime example that this is not a phase or a fad. We are stuck on doing this our whole lives or we will gain the weight back. I think that would be my biggest fear of all beacuse it has happened to me on a smaller scale. Lose 20 hit a plateau. Quit. Gain it back in far less time then it ever took to lose it. Since I gotta love her though. I will give the show a try. Everyone deserves support whether it is their first time or 10th time.

I also watch the show big happy family. I liked so far and will tune back. Nothing compares to my biggest loser though. I love all these shows because it feels good to have people to inspire me to make it and it is good to see people struggle like me.
