DAY 13. . . . Best yet.

For Breakfast today I had special k cereal.
210 calories
1g fat



For lunch a lean cuisine. Sesame chicken with noodles. My favorite. 330 calories 9g fat

Dinner I made my garden style lasagna. I really like it even if it does take forever to make. Little sad I had to skip out on the garlic bread because 2oz had a ton of fat and calories.

8.3g fat



For dessert I made chewy chocolate cherry cookies. To be honest it tasted like hot chocolate to me.

Ok so many things to be happy about. First time I was way under calories, but I didn't feel hungry at all. Took my alli with all three meals so fat should really be 10g consumed. I got my jenny consultation. Also I like to mention that my actual starting weight was 212....198 was when I started the blog. So I feel sucessful so far.
