DAY 15. . . . Half away

Weigh in today was 195.2. So a little less, but I hadn't exercised last week. For breakfast I had my cereal.
210 calories
1g fat



For lunch I had an almond banana smoothie and egg roll lean cuisine. 420 calories 5g fat

Dinner was vegan chicken nuggets with corn and salad.
300 calories
10g fat




Since I was way under my calories and had a super crappy day including jenny craig meeting I had a cheesecake slice.
280 calories
18g fat


Total 1220 calories 23g fat
