DAY 11. . . Tsk Tsk Tsk

Breakfast I bought a different brand of waffle. Kashi. So I had them with fat free whip cream, strawberries and orange juice.

Snacky snack time was a special k bar.

Lunch was a lean cuisine fish with pasta. 280 calories 8g fat

Snack was another protein bar. So far I haven't noticed the connection between protein and controlling hunger.

Dinner was shrimp and rice. 400 calories 3g fat

Dessert weight watchers ice cream bar.

I decided next week to try the Bistro MD diet. Just for the hec of it. I really wanted to do the freshology, but for 1200 dollars for 28 diets I don't see that happening. Researched my insurance and they don't cover anything weightloss realated minus surgery. I think that is a shame. what about us who are very obese but not by those measures do we not deserve to be happy. Every thing is so exspensive in the weight loss industry. Oh well. Maybe one day.
