DAY 2 . . . Who knew it gets a little harder

Well today was the start of day 2. I did a little better with my water intake today. So here it is. For Breakfast I had special k berry yogurt cereal with skim milk.
210 caloires
1g Fat




Snack was smart food cranberry almond popcorn snack pack. Which was even better than the other flavor. I loved this. 120 calories 2g Fat


Lunch I tried out the following. Teriyaki noodles It was salty, but so tasty and yummy. Didn't keep me filled up as long as I wanted.
320 calories
4g Fat

My second snack, see told you I was more hungry today. Was low fat vanilla yogurt with granola.
300 calories
3g fat


For Dinner I had grilled tomatoes on a bed of salad with goat cheese sprinkles, balsalmic reduction and whole wheat bread with butter. This was not a hit for me too boring and tasted to much like a diet.

For dessert some super yummy chocolate covered strawberries. Although even premeasured I shared some with the kids. Hate sharing when I am on a diet, but I love them so you know.



Also worked out 10 minutes of step aerobics.

NEWS FLASH
So like I posted earlier this week how I thought food should all have calories on the front of them, well they sent the idea to Obama to see if they can get it passed. So hope that goes through.

Tomorrow brings another day and hope it is tastier. Also got my PB2 in the mail so excited to try that tomorrow morning.
