For Breakfast I had mini waffles with syrup and orange juice.

DAY 22. . . Weigh in

End of week three and I am down another pound weighing in at 194.4. So hopefully I can keep this up. Waiting for my treadmill so I can kick things up a notch. Be back later with my food logg.

Well I had guests over the weekend, but I still kept up with my diet. Despite everyone eating pizz and drinking pop. Also turned down going out to dinner.
