DAY 1. . How it all got started

I weighed in today for a starting weight of 198.4. I know the scale picture is terrible and I will try to figure out how to make the picture better for next time. My next weigh in will be Monday.

For Breakfast I had 8oz of orange juice and apple crisp oatmeal with sliced strawberries.
260 calories
2.5g fat

For lunch I had Almound Vanilla Banana Smoothie with a Special K Strawberry Bar.
200 calories
1.5g fat

This was so awesome tasting. There was no almounds in it, but yet tasted like there was for 100 calories that recipe filled up three glasses, but I shared it so I really had less.
For a snack today I had smart food popcorn snack. This was so filling and so delicious. I loved it. Today I had the honey multigrain flavor. I also bought the cranberry almound I will let you how it taste. I was very surprise I gave it two thumbs up.

For Dinner I had Beef and Broccolette with clemintine teriyaki and rice. I did not figure out the calories for this, but minus the olive oil and beef everything in it only had low calories and was fat free. I served this on a 6 by 6 salad plate to have a small portion. My whole family loved this even the picky kids.


Lastly for dessert I had Chocolate banana bites.

I also besides doing alot of house work did 10 minutes of step aerobics.
So overall I said today was a good day and did not feel starved. I drank 47oz out of the 99oz of water I was suppose to drink today.
