DAY 17. . . Feeling great

Today was a little better and starting to fill a lot healthier even though I am sore from exercising. I got myself a treadmill today. So hopefully I can take off some extra pounds per week. So for breakfast I had a jimmy dean bowl and some orange juice.

Ok I know this doesn't look good, but that was the camera it was yummy. Tuna fish with goat cheese on melba toast. with a salad. I did not drink the green tea smoothie it was tooo gross.

Snack was a special k protein bar.

Dinner was a kashi pizza. I heated up some onion and artichoke and put it on the pizza with some goat cheese.

Dessert a cookie smart one. it was good.
