DAY 8. . . Make it happen

Well I am starting my second week of this journey. So today I weighed in at 196.0. For a weight loss of 2.4 pounds. I am excited about that and hope to see it carry on.

For breakfast I had orange juice, fat free waffle with strawberries and fat free whip cream. Applesauce.

For lunch I tried something new. These are supposed to help with hunger. I found it had the same calories as a luch. I think this would be nice if on the go because it was so delicious, but if home just eat something worth the same calories but bigger. I might try this for after workouts too.

For a snack I had my special k bar. I love these.

For dinner I had chicken with mushroom and artichoke pasta. I love this meal and the fat mainly is from the goat cheese which I am done with this week. Love it but is adding too many calories and such. 500 calories 12g fat I tend to over count opposed to under so it might not actually be that high.

For dessert I had a weight watchers coffee ice cram bar. Love these desserts. The skinny cow products I didn't like

REVIEW FOR HYDRACOACH

Today I am doing the review for my hydracoach. I have used it for over a week now. This is how my product looked when I first recieved. I love the color and it looks like one of those gadgets you just have to have.

It also came with a book telling you the functions, how important water intake is. When you first get it you will have to activate the battery. You will set the date and time. Input your weight and it will recommend to you a amount of water to drink daily. For me it was 99oz. A goal I haven't fully got to yet.

There is a start/stop/reset button. A mode button and a setup button. So simple to use. Also very easy to clean.

Above you will see the first mode. It will say how many ounces you have drunk. How long it has been on and give an average of how many ounced per hour you are drinking.

This mode above shows you your main ounce goal and what percentage you are at for meeting it and once again the average per hour.

Third mode is just date and time.
Pros:
-you get to see how much water you drink a day in a very defined way
-you get set a goal to acheive higher results each day
-very pleasing to the eye also ccomes in blue
-easy to use
-easy to clean
Cons:
-must fill it up alot through the day
-Price 29.00 dollars
-Lid is sometimes a pain to screw on
-pain that you have to drink from a waterbottle all day
Overall I give it two thumbs up though
